Face Care In Summers


Summer can be mainly cruel on you, and your natural beauty. Your Face needs more awareness in summers when due to sweating it is always humid, requiring regular washing. Your skin is a living organ that covers the whole body. Because of exposure to the sun and hot winds the skin becomes carped and complexion becomes cadaverous. If you are on the run, never forget to carry face wipes. They assist to cleanse tone and moisturize the skin. Moisturisation is the most important part of daily skin care, since skin requires more moisture (water) than it does color sheen or gloss.

If you have a oily skin, steaming once a week is sensible, if you have a dry skin vapor it once a fortnight. For steaming a special electrical gadget is used. But if you are applying it at home, the procedure to follow is simple - Boil water in a pot and place your face on it so that the rising steam comes on your face. Spread a towel on your head to save the steam from decamping and going waste. 4 to 5 minutes of steaming is sufficient. After this, speckle your face with ice cold water so as to close the open pores. Regular steaming keeps the skin glowing. Age spots are caused by a lifetime of exposure to the sun.

So the earlier you begin wearing sun block, the less likely it is that you’ll get them. Make sure you choose a sunscreen that blocks UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF of at least 15. Wear a long-sleeved shirt and wide-brimmed hat when you know you’ll be in the sun. Try to minimize exposure to sunlight between 10 am and 2 pm, when the sunlight is the strongest. Use alpha-hydroxy lotions to keep skin smooth and clear. Bleaching agents can assist fade the age spots you begin getting. There some hints are followed and defend your skin during summer. Drink at least 15 glasses of water a day.

Clean your face and neck with good cleansing milk. Apply a good astringent for oily skins. After cleansing your face, take a piece of ice and massage your face gradually with it. Rinse your face with cold water at least thrice a day. A light massage, with cream, on facial skin before going to bed is helpful, but the quantity of cream required is to be less because in summers you don't require much grease. Protect yourself from hot winds of the heat wave by applying on your face lime water blended with asli oil in same quantity. Keep it for fifteen minutes. Beware, that it does not go into your eyes.
