Keeping your hair healthy and gorgeous does not have to price luck. A few common domestic ingredients give your hair a deep moisturizing, give yourself subtle highlights or stop dandruff. Nuts, poultry, vegetables, fruits, grains, eggs, etc. all contribute to hair health. Bacon is a hair super food due to the B-Complex vitamins and protein, but over consumption is not endorsed as it can add to your waist line. Create a rinse for shiny hair. Beer, lemon juice and vinegar can all be used to bring out the shine in your hair. Mix one of these products with water and apply after shampooing.
Mix almond oil and honey, this blend hair conditioner to create a treatment for frizzy hair. Leave the mixture on the hair for 20 minutes and then rinse it out. Apply warm coconut oil on the scalp with a cotton ball. Leave it overnight. Apply the juice of a lemon on the scalp the next morning and wash your hair as usual after 30 minutes. When your hair fall, crush a ripe banana with a few drops of almond oil and massage into hair. Leave it for about 15 minutes. Wash with soda water and then shampoo and condition. Try drinking mix bananas with honey, yoghurt & low-fat milk. A drink rich in biotin can assist keep your crowning beauty firmly rooted. Vinegar eliminates build-up and residue from the hair shaft and closes the cuticles. Vinegar restores natural pH and prevents an itchy scalp. Grind fenugreek (methi) seeds soaked in water overnight. Massage this paste on scalp and hair and leave it for15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with a mild shampoo.

Melt a spoonful of honey into three or four cups of lukewarm water. Once the honey is thoroughly the blend over wet, freshly washed hair. Gently ring overly moisture from your hair, but do not rinse the mixture out. Use a towel to lightly pat hair dry and then style as normal. The honey will assist soften and add shine to your hair. When using homemade treatments, don't be afraid to experiment with natural products.
