Combinational Skin Face Packs


The main organ in the human body is called skin. Skin on the palms and soles of the feet is bulky skin and skin on the bulk of the body is thin skin. There are five types of skin- Normal skin, Dry skin, Oily skin, Sensitive skin and Combinational skin. Blend of greasy and dry skin is known as Combinational skin. Strong harsh is good for combinational skin. T-zone makes due to oiliness on your face. This type of skin is usually oily on the nose and forehead and dry around the eyes and cheeks. Combination skin are very common and are one of the most often misconstrued and mistreated skins.

Combination skin needs separate treatments for each part. However both the dry and fatty area needs moisturising. Cleanse the center zone with an astringent while scrap the rest of the face with cold milk. A face pack not only cleanses your skin but it also assists to maintain the resolve of your skin and its balance. There are some face packs or masks for different types and select the pack that's just right for you. Apply a pack made of half a cup of powered, dry peas, merged with three spoons of curd, juice of one lemon and half a cup of papaya pulp. Apply it for 20 minutes and rinse your face with ice- cold water.

Better still rub an ice cube soused in rose water over the T-Zone. It prevents inflamed pores and blackheads. Freeze tray with rose water ice cubes so you can rub your face with them any time of the day preferably after a bath as it opens the pores. Take drops of lemon juice and apple blend. Mix it very well and apply on your face. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Take same amount of lemon juice and cucumber. Mix together and apply on your face. This mask gives your skin softness. Another face mask of combination skin. Take two teaspoons of multani mitti, 8-10 drops of rose water.

Blend multani mitti with rose water and form into a paste. Use it on the face and neck, let set for 15-20 minutes. After dry, rinse off with water. Rose mask is good for both the oily and dry areas of your skin. Take Soak 5 rose petals and soak in water and then squash them. Add 2 Tbsp rosewater, 1 Tbsp yogurt and 1 Tbsp honey and mix well. Blend 1 egg white, 1/2 cup cooked direct oatmeal and 1 teaspoon olive oil until even. If you want a good skin, the most important thing is to take care of it every day. Make it your routine. Your diet also plays a significant part, so does getting plenty sleep and exercise. Drink at least 8 glass of water a day.
