  • Do not give solids to eat during an attack of diarrhoea. Several essential oils can help to ease diarrhoea.
  • Carrot soup is another valuable home remedy for diarrhoea. Bananas have pectin and countenance the growth of beneficial bacteria.
  • Turmeric has proved another effective home remedy for diarrhoea. Take a ripe banana, add 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder to it and eat it on a daily routine.
  • Garlic is a powerful, effective and harmless antibiotic. It assists digestion and routs parasites. Take a tsp of date paste and combine with 1 tsp honey. This mixture is to be taken 4-5 times a day.
  • A known diarrhea home remedy treatment is to ingest a paste made of 15-20 fresh curry leaves mixed with 1 tsp honey.
  • Starchy liquids such as arrowroot water, barley water, rice grual and coconut water are effective in the remedy of diarrhoea.
