  • The use of salt is essential in low blood pressure. Mix a teaspoon of honey with the juice from 10 or 15 tulsi leaves and drink. The juice of raw beetroot is one of the most effective home remedies for low blood pressure.
  • Raw beetroot juice can work wonders in regulating blood pressure. Take it two times a day.
  • Boil carrots in sugar syrup and concentrate the syrup. Eating it at any time of the day is useful for its cure. Soak 7 almonds in water over night.
  • Peel them and grind to a smooth paste. Add in a glass of milk and boil. Drink warm.
  • Low plood pressure is cured or controlled by taking one glass of the juice of carrots mixed with a spoon of honey for a month or six weeks.
